Privacy Statement Yoursminc B.V.

YOURSMINC B.V. (owner and producer of the Internet Application Yoursminc Online Bookkeeping, hereinafter referred to as Yoursminc) respects and protects the privacy of all visitors and users of the websites www.yoursminc.nl and www.yoursminc.be (hereinafter referred to as the website). Yoursminc uses all personal data provided to it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. The legal relationship between you and Yoursminc is governed by European law and the processing of personal data is therefore in accordance with applicable European laws and regulations in the field of privacy, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The website

The website on which the Internet Application Yoursminc is described, visitors can register for a subscription, which provides access to Yoursminc users to the application.

What data is processed by Yoursminc?

When a visitor registers for a subscription to one of Yoursminc's licenses, information such as Name, Company name, E-mail address and Bank details are requested.

How we use your data

Your data is used for:

  • Setting up the user account that is set up for the visitor.

  • Being able to address the invoice that we periodically send you for our services provided.

  • Bank details are used for the direct debit of the subscription fee. See also our General Terms and Conditions.

  • Sending a periodic newsletter to inform our users of new functionality, 'hints and tips' and any changes to the General Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Statement

 

To whom will your data be provided?

  • Yoursminc will not provide your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is obliged to do so on the basis of a legal provision.

  • Yoursminc reserves the right to provide your information, including the Privacy Statement described here, in the event of a sale of the ownership rights of the (part of the) website. In such a situation, Yoursminc will do its utmost to inform you. This could be done by email, a message on the website or an advertisement in one of the national newspapers.

What are Cookies and how does Yoursminc use them?

You can then request Yoursminc to supplement, correct, delete or protect this data, whereby you must indicate in your request which changes you want. Yoursminc will also respond in writing to this request.

  • With regard to receiving our periodic newsletter, you can indicate at any time that you no longer wish to receive this newsletter.

Can Yoursminc's Privacy Statement be changed?

  • If Yoursminc decides to change its Privacy Statement, these changes will be immediately included in this Privacy Statement.
