Annual and period budgets

Within Yoursminc, entrepreneurs can keep control of both costs and revenues.  The Yoursminc Budget Administration provides the option to record a budget for a General Ledger account, a Cost Category, a Product or a Project.

In the situation of a 'Costs' general ledger account, such as '4316 - Costs of printing' we are talking about a budget that we want to 'monitor' and in the situation of a 'Revenue' general ledger account, such as '8000 - Revenue from sales at high rate' we are actually talking about a budget.

Budgets by Cost Category, Product or Project

Budgets can also be monitored by Cost Category, Product or Project. The following example shows the definition of an Annual Budget on Cost Category 'Advertising' and 2 Annual Budgets on Products 'Subscription 1' and 'Subscription 2'.

Annual and period budgets can be imported from a .csv file. Please refer to our support page for a description of the desired format.
