Yoursminc and Peppol

Starting Thursday, January 1, 2026, it will be mandatory for Belgian businesses to use the Peppol network to send and receive B2B invoices. This applies exclusively to business invoices and not to invoices to private individuals.

Yoursminc has been prepared for this for some time. Within our software, you can send and receive invoices directly via the Peppol network. As soon as you mark an invoice as Final in your administration, it's automatically sent to your customer via Peppol. Purchase invoices submitted to you by your suppliers via Peppol are also automatically included in your Yoursminc administration.

To use this, you need an account with Banqup (Unifiedpost) , one of the largest Peppol access points.
